The Company
BlackMars Capital GmbH is the holding company for a group of technology companies located in Europe. The company was founded in 2012 and is owned by a small group of investors. The closed shareholder structure enables the company to bear the full risk for early-stage companies with the aim of creating sustainable value for shareholders and exciting career opportunities for employees. BlackMars is headquartered in Koenigstein im Taunus, Germany.
Firm Leadership
Marco Beckmann – Managing Director
Marco co-founded BlackMars and heads the firm as its managing director. Marco is a serial founder, investor and film enthusiast. He funds disruptive ideas at the forefront of technology. He loves game-changing tech companies and has more than 15 years of investment experience.
Team
Natalie Urbanska – Head of Operations
Our Head of Operations, Natalie oversees all projects within the BlackMars Group and is responsible for the direction and coordination of these. With an analytical and strategic mind Natalie is also designing the Groups policies and implementing technology solutions.
Kim Meininger – Senior Project Manager
Kim is in charge of specific projects within the company’s portfolio and is as well dedicated to the design, implementation, evaluation and maintenance of the process of administrative work within BlackMars Capital.
Sabrina Bärthel – Project Manager
Sabrina is responsible for several projects within our company. With more than 12 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry she combines interface competence with project management. At BlackMars she is in charge when it comes to PR, marketing, design, implementations of new sections and extension of the portfolio.
Daniel Kaiser – Office Manager
In his capacity as Office Manager, Daniel’s responsibilities include administrative, financial and managerial tasks. With his Consulting expertise and support, he ensures all processes are running smoothly in regard to the further business development.
Atte Korsman – Real Estate Manager
Atte is in charge of our Investment Area Real Estate and manages all of the business operations that directly or indirectly affect the value of our properties. Furthermore he is supporting in making important investment decisions that help our real estate portfolio grow.
Melanie Noeth – Executive Assistant
As the executive Assistant in our Team, Melanie’s primary responsibility is to support the Managing Director and with that to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and operations run efficiently.
