Your Essential Functions:

• Support the process of market observation, inspection and analysis of incoming offers as well
  as selection of suitable investment objects with a focus on technologies
• Creation of object-related cash flow and risk analyzes
• Coordination and holistic management of commercial, legal, tax and technical due diligence
• Participate in and conduct contract negotiations with the assistance of colleagues and your
  supervisor
• Autonomous creation of presentations, decision and acquisition templates
• Active participation in the creation of strategic investment concepts including the
  development of new investment products
• Specialist contact for further investment analysts in investment management as well as
  functional and technical quality standards

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Completed degree in mathematics, business administration or similar
• Relevant professional experience as an investment analyst or in a comparable position
• Experience in a fund company for value add investments and project finance skills are
  desirable
• Preferable strong know-how in financial modeling (Office software) and in the structuring of
  complex share and asset deals
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Very good written and spoken English
• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, teamwork
  and independent working methods
